Pay Rate: Range $3000 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40\-hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Home Health
Shifts available: Days
Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00 am \- 4.30 pm
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 x 8\-hour shifts, Monday\-Friday, with rotating weekends, Holiday rotation if required, RTO limit of 5 days
Position Requirements:
- Current Home Health PT experience: 2 years \- Required
- OASIS experience \- Required
- Certified Home Health PT experience \- Required
- Acute care experience \- Highly preferred
- Valid DL and Proof of Auto Insurance \- Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- PT License for State of Massachusetts \- Required
- BLS Certification from AHA \- Required
- Home Health Certification â Required (Relias or similar)
Job Description:
- The physical therapist in this position is responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patientâs comprehensive plan of care.
