Position Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist experience: 2+ years \- Required
  


• Strong Customer Service with focus on One\-on\-One care \- Required
  


• Inpatient experience \- Preferred
  


• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• PT License for State of Illinois \- Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  \- Required
  

Job Description:

• Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function.
  


• Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including, but not limited to therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re\-education, physical modalities, gait training and manual techniques.
  


• Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care.
  


• Performs evaluations and treatment of patients per prescription of referring physicians.
