Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN Med Surg/Tele for a travel/contract position in Lancaster, NH.

Position Name: Travel RN Med Surg/Telemetry 

Location: Lancaster, New Hampshire

Contract Length:13 weeks

Pay Rate: $2412 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40 hours work week (Includes non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Med Surg, Tele, PCU

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon\-Fri, Every other weekend and Holiday rotation required 

Position Requirements:

• Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 2 years \- Required
  


• Current/recent PCU or Stepdown Nursing experience \- Required 
  


• Telemetry experience \- Required
  


• MediTech experience \- Required 
  


• Prior travel experience: Preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN \- Required
  


• BSN – Preferred
  


• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact \- Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA  \- Required
  


• ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required 
  

Job Description:

• The professional nurse providing care to medical/surgical  and PCU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
  


• Must float between MS and PCU units as assigned 
  


• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
  


• Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
  


• Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
  


• EMR: MediTech
