Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN PACU for long\-term travel/contract positions in Springfield, VT.

Position Details:

Position Name: RN PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit)

Location: Springfield, Vermont

Employment Type: Full\-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length:13 weeks 

Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40\-hour work week  (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: PACU

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 4 X 10\-hr shifts, Mon\-Thu, Occassionally Friday if on call, One weekend per month, On\-call is 1 day per week

Position Requirements:

• Current PACU Nursing experience: 2 years \- Required
  


• Endoscopy experience \- Required
  


• Outpatient experience \- Require 
  


• Travel/contract experience \- Preferred 
  


• Small critical access facility experience – Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN – Required
  


• BSN – Highly preferred
  


• RN License for State of Vermont or Compact \- Required 
  


• BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA  \- Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide Nursing Care in PACU units  
  


• Incorporate the appropriate assessment and intervention skills, utilizing the nursing process, in the delivery of nursing care on their unit for a specified group of patients on a designated shift.
  


• Communicate with patients, team members and management in an accurate and timely manner using written and verbal skills effectively and considerately.
