Pay Rate: $3352s pay based on a 48 hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: MS, PCU
Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: Nights, 7.00p \- 7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 X 12\-hr shifts, Every other weekend, Holiday rotation required
Position Requirements:
- Current Med Surg Nursing experience or PCU/Stepdown experience: 2 years \- Required
- Cardiac drip experience \- Required
- Dementia experience/management \- Required
- Epic experience \- Required
- Must be willing to float to other similar units (MS) \- Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
- COVID Vaccinations or exemptions \- Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN \- Required
- BSN â Preferred
- RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact \- Required
- BLS Certification from AHA \- Required
- ACLS Certification from AHSA â Required
Job Description:
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for assigned units (Med Surg)
- Must be willing to float to other similar MS units
- Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient's plan of care based on patient's progress
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
