Your Impactful Role:

As a Compassionate Caregiver (Home Health Aide or CNA), you will be at the core of our mission, empowering clients to live their best lives. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• 
  Personal Care: is when a caregiver will need to touch the individual to provide personal hygiene, assist with meals and meal preparation.


• 
  Homemaking: is when you will provide light cleaning to the areas where the client spend majority of their time. (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linen and may include meal preparation) 


• 
  Companionship: is when the HHA or CNA will be the client's partner during those hours of services. (i.e. sitting or walking with client)


• 
  Respite: is a combination of all the services. This gives the primary caregiver/family member the opportunity to do things that they need to do away from home.

Qualifications:

• 
  Passion for Caregiving: A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, showcasing your empathy and dedication.


• 
  Certifications: A current CNA or HHA certificate is required.
  


• 
  Screenings: A favorable Level II background in compliance with Federal and State regulations, along with a negative TB examination and a free of communicable diseases statement.


• 
  Reliability: Having dependable transportation to reach our clients' homes promptly and efficiently.


• 
  Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity.
