Oak Park, Forest Park , Maywood , Melrose Park, Bellwood, Elmwood Park Franklin Park 

 

The candidate must be:



  • A licensed professional with updated credentials



  • A great bedside manner and a professional attitude



  • Effective with documentation and communication



  • Responsible and have an extreme ability to work independently



  • Experience is a plus but we will train the right candidates
