Requirements:

• Current, valid FL Speech Therapist license
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule
• Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports
• One year of proven experience working with seniors preferred
• One year as a licensed therapist preferred

Duties:

• Candidate will be responsible for in-home therapy visits, as well as, outpatient clinic visits.
• With each appointment, evaluate the level of function and help develop/update the care plan
• Complete initial comprehensive assessments as needed and report back to the Clinical Director
• Maintain a positive and joyful attitude at all times, respecting the needs of each individual patient while providing personalized treatment
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and proudly represent our company at all times
• Partner with family members and other members of the healthcare team to promote the patient's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
• Write and submit proper progress reports to the Clinical Director. We have a web-based software for your notes called Optimis PT.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $80/visit
