Homecare Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting health, wellness, and independence. Compensation ranges from $65 to $100 per visit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family members.


• Provide education to patients and families about health management and disease prevention.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care provided.


• Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Previous experience in homecare or community nursing preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
