Homecare Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in Detroit and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans


• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans


• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed


• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and post-treatment care


• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records


• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in home care delivery

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan


• Previous experience in home health care or related nursing field preferred


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during visits


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Detroit and surrounding areas


• Current CPR certification
