Homecare Registered Nurse with prior experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking an experienced Homecare Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing services to clients in Franklin, MI, and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home assessments to evaluate patients’ health status and needs.


• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.


• Provide skilled nursing services including medication administration, wound care, and disease management.


• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.


• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely.


• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.


• Maintain adherence to all regulatory and agency standards and policies.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Prior experience in homecare nursing preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Reliable transportation to travel within Franklin and surrounding areas.
