Homecare RN 1 year experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare RN with at least 1 year of experience to provide exceptional nursing care to clients in Birmingham, MI and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality home health services to support the health and well-being of our patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.


• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.


• Monitor patient progress and document all nursing interventions accurately.


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.


• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in homecare or related settings.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Reliable transportation to visit clients in Birmingham and surrounding areas.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
