Homecare RN

University Home Care Inc is seeking dedicated and compassionate Homecare RN professionals to provide outstanding in-home care services to clients in Detroit and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized assistance to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to clients with daily living activities


• Assist with medication management and health monitoring as needed


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families


• Document client care accurately and timely


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high quality of care


• Adhere to all safety, health, and privacy regulations

Requirements

• Previous homecare or related experience preferred


• Ability to work independently and with empathy


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation to client homes in Detroit and surrounding areas


• Valid driver’s license and insurance


• Background check clearance
