Homecare RN

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Livonia, MI and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized in-home care visits, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to medical plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.


• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.


• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for each visit.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during home visits.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Previous experience in homecare nursing or a related clinical setting preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Livonia and surrounding areas.


• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
