Homecare RN

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare RN to provide exceptional nursing care to clients in Monroe, MI and the surrounding areas. As a Homecare RN, you will deliver personalized care in patients’ homes, helping to improve their quality of life and support their health needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patient health status and communicate changes promptly to healthcare providers.


• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and home care techniques.


• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.


• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.


• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health or related settings.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Monroe and surrounding areas.


• CPR/BLS certification.
