Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes following prescribed care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.


• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and professional nursing standards.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience with Kinnser software is required.


• Previous homecare nursing experience preferred.


• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.


• Reliable transportation to visit patients in Auburn Hills and surrounding areas.
