Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Hours of Operation:

• Wednesday–Friday: 5 PM – 2 AM

• Saturday: 12 PM – 2 AM

• Sunday: 12 PM – 10 PM

As the second installment of The Bungalow brand, our venue offers a nostalgic yet contemporary atmosphere, featuring signature cocktails and delectable bites .

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as a Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival

• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using our booking system

• Communicate wait times and seating arrangements clearly

• Coordinate guest flow and seating to optimize venue capacity

• Provide information about our menu, events, and venue features

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area

• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure

• Reliable and punctual

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hosting role preferred

• Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a fast-paced environment
