Housekeeping Manager- Interim

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: The Abbey of Olympus Retirement Living –Eugene, Or

Schedule: 32 hours/week (Interim, with PRN potential and opportunity for long-term placement)

Join our warm and welcoming team at The Abbey of Olympus Retirement Living! We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to provide light housekeeping services to our wonderful residents. This is a 32-hour per week interim position with the potential to transition into a PRN or long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform light housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas

- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, and sinks

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

- Wipe down tables and surfaces

- Remove cobwebs and dust blinds

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service

Qualifications

Education:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Licenses/Certification:  

• Valid driver’s license required.

Experience: 

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
