Summary:
The Human Resources Associate is responsible for supporting employee engagement and events, new hire orientation, employee communication, and benefits administration. The HR Associate works closely with NISC employees and coworkers in People Services as well as external vendors. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to NISC’s Shared Values, enthusiastic about employee engagement, and passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for NISC employees.

Associate degree in human resources or other business-related field, or 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
