HVAC Instructor (Evenings)

About Us: Are you a skilled HVAC professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our HVAC course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades.

Position: HVAC Instructor

What You’ll Do:

• Teach HVAC fundamentals including electrical, refrigeration, troubleshooting, and safety


• Provide structured but engaging instruction, including labs and real-life examples


• Partner with MCTI staff to ensure students stay on track to graduate job-ready

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in the HVAC field (residential or commercial)


• Great communicator who enjoys mentoring


• Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for beginners

• Passion for developing talent and giving back to the trade
