o   Lead Hybris Migration Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Hybris platform migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

o   Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless communication and project success.

o   Migration Strategy Development: Design and implement migration strategies to ensure data integrity, system compatibility, and minimal disruption to business operations.

o   Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the success of migration efforts.

o   Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.

o   Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status.

o Support SF bay area team plus Korea time meetings as needed

Salary: 130K - 140K/yr.

o   Bachelor's degree in related field

o    At least 9+ years of working experience in program management or related roles

o    Client facing experience

o    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

o    Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools (Hybris experience a plus)YR

o   Bilingual – Korean and English fluent
