What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing, configuring, and supporting the IFS Service Management solution across Field Service, Workforce Management, Customer Engagement, and Service Contracts.

• Working closely with clients to understand their service operations and translating requirements into effective IFS SM configurations.

• Designing and optimising service processes such as case management, work orders, scheduling, dispatching, SLAs, service logistics, and warranty handling.

• Supporting IFS Cloud/Apps10 projects including upgrades, integrations, data migration, and solution enhancements.
  Troubleshooting functional issues, analysing gaps, and providing best-practice recommendations to improve service delivery.

• Preparing documentation, conducting training, and guiding end users and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating closely with technical teams, project managers, and solution architects to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

• Leveraging IFS standard processes and industry best practices to enhance customers’ overall service operations.

Who you are:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• You have 2–4 years of experience in IFS Service Management, Field Service, or IT/ERP consulting roles.

• You have a strong understanding of service workflows, dispatching, scheduling, maintenance, or customer support operations.

• You are confident in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and presenting solutions to clients.

• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• You communicate clearly in English (B2 level or above) and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with IFS Cloud / IFS Apps 10 Service Management modules will be considered a strong advantage.

• You are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to further develop your expertise in IFS and service solutions.
