Join Our Compassionate Team in Colorado Springs
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
About Us:
At Purple Mountain Therapy, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, client-centered speech and occupational therapy services. We’re a dedicated and compassionate team, focused on delivering personalized care. As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinic in Colorado Springs and help us make a lasting impact on our clients' lives.
Why Purple Mountain Therapy?
- In-Person Work in Colorado Springs:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about providing in-person therapy to our clients in the local area. We believe in the importance of face-to-face interactions, and you’ll be a key part of our in-clinic team, working closely with clients and their families.
Purple Mountain focuses on serving clients who are private-pay or have private insurance, allowing you to focus on high-quality care without the constraints of state or federal insurance. While we currently have many therapists handling telehealth, we are seeking someone specifically for in-person sessions to support our growing clinic.
- Collaborative and Supportive Environment:
Join a team that values open communication and mutual respect. Whether you’re looking for mentorship or have a wealth of experience to contribute, you’ll find a welcoming, professional environment where you can thrive.
As our private-pay client base grows, there will be opportunities for higher compensation. We're invested in your success and will work with you as we grow together.
About the Role:
As an In-Person Speech-Language Pathologist at Purple Mountain Therapy, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide treatment for a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice disorders, aphasia, and more.

- Provide in-person therapy services in our Colorado Springs clinic.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure goals are met.
- Work closely with clients and families to educate them about therapy goals and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
- Valid Colorado State License (or eligibility).
- ASHA Certification (or eligibility).
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and families.
- Willingness to work in-person in Colorado Springs — this position does not offer a telehealth-only option.
Compensation:
- $100 per evaluation and $55 per treatment session.
- As the clinic grows and more private-pay clients are onboarded, there will be opportunities for increased compensation.
What We Offer:
- A client-centered approach that focuses on providing personalized care and building strong relationships with our clients.
- A collaborative, supportive team environment where your expertise will be valued, and professional development is encouraged.
