Summary

We are seeking a Commander to join our team at CA&M, Inc. This pivotal role involves leading training exercises for simulated training exercise. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our team towards achieving mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational teams to ensure effective execution of projects.


• Serve as the incident commander and play the role during a training exercise.


• Collaborate with teams to maintain training fidelity


• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards in all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a CBRNE exercise.


• Strong knowledge of CBRNE incident protocols and practices.


• Available to travel to Puerto Rico, July 10-13, 2025


• Must meet the requirements of a currently FEMA certified Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3 position under the National Qualification System
  


• Must currently hold a valid passport or Real ID for required Travel.
