Gallagher Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as an independent 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania


• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience required; home health experience preferred


• Reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and current auto insurance


• Ability to pass a satisfactory criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans


• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve independence and safety


• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems


• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home safety strategies


• Travel to patient homes to deliver timely and effective care
