Industrial Forklift Operator

Job Overview:

Labor Finders is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Forklift Operator to join our team.

This position requires previous experience Operating Industrial Forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and be comfortable handling large or heavy materials with precision.

Industrial forklift experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate industrial forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
• Move heavy, large, or bulk materials to designated areas while ensuring proper stacking and storage.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment, following all warehouse safety guidelines.
• Support inventory management by ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and tracking of materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product types.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely production, shipping, and delivery.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Industrial Forklift operating experience is mandatory. Must have experience with industrial forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
• Ability to lift up to (50lbs) and perform physical tasks in a high-demand environment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate forklifts in narrow aisles and tight spaces within the facility.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that can be loud, physically demanding, and subject to temperature variations.
