Job Title: Industrial Painter (Weekend Shift)
Pay Rate: $22–$23/hr
Location: Cocoa Beach, FL
Type: Temporary (3–4 months, potential for permanent)
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
Note: Full 40-hour pay applies only if all scheduled hours are worked.
Job Overview:
We’re seeking 3 skilled Industrial Painters to join a production team for a weekend shift assignment. This is a temporary role lasting approximately 3–4 months, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and workload.
Responsibilities:
- Apply industrial coatings to metal surfaces using spray equipment or other methods
- Follow safety and quality guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work collaboratively with other painters and team members
Requirements:
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Must be reliable and able to commit to the full weekend schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- PPE and safety compliance required
