Inside Sales Representative (Contract)

• Conducting proactive outreach to assigned customer accounts  
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or renew orders
• Navigating and overcoming objections to convert potential “no” responses into “yes”
• Utilizing databases, software systems, and Excel to support outreach efforts
• Accurately logging, organizing, and tracking all customer interactions
• Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly outreach and sales performance targets
• Developing in-depth product knowledge of Mountain House offerings
• Collaborating closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment
• Maintaining accuracy in quoting, documentation, and timely follow-up
• Demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
