We're looking for a dependable subcontractor with demonstrated expertise in preparing, rigging, and installing banking equipment. This includes, but isn't limited to, vaults, safes, pneumatic tube systems, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, cash dispensers, and other bank-specific equipment. Installations may occur in both new construction and retrofit projects. This subcontractor would cover Nashville, TN and stretch south into AL.
Qualified subcontractors must successfully complete our vetting process. This includes:
Having a registered business with an EIN
Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
Possessing all required state and/or county licenses and permits
Demonstrating required safety compliance
Agreeing to a signed written contract
Have a facility with the ability to receive equipment and store in a climate-controlled environment.
Requirements
Rigging: All work will be completed at an agreed upon fixed price.
Deep understanding of the mechanics, installation requirements, and security features of various bank equipment including: vaults, safes, pneumatic tubing systems, safe deposit boxes, ATMs and Cash Dispensers and recyclers
Site Assessment: Evaluating the installation site in both new construction and retrofit environments to determine the best rigging methods.
Rigging/placement of banking equipment. Applying specialized rigging techniques to safely move and position heavy and sensitive bank equipment.
Removal of banking equipment as needed
Welding
Pulling wire
Service and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
Update and upgrade existing systems.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance:
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
Functional/Technical Skills:
Administrative Skills: Proficient in computer software application such as Android app software to include but not limited to timecards, expenses, inventory control management.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and has skills in disassembling & repairing assemblies.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of how to input settings & configure equipment. Provides feedback on product performance or issues and has knowledge of training principals and the ability to apply them to on-the-job-training.
Self Starter
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in business.
Ability to receive equipment such as safes at your location and have the equipment to deliver them from you location to the job location.
A construction background will be beneficial in understanding how to adapt our equipment without creating conflicts for other trades.
Operates hoists, lifts and forklifts to place equipment into position.
