Alpine Investors’ Sourcing Summer Analyst program is a hands-on, high impact opportunity designed for students eager to explore private equity through the lens of generating new deal opportunities. Summer Analysts will join Alpine’s embedded direct deal sourcing team, known as Elevation, based in Alpine's Austin, TX office.

As a Summer Analyst, you will:

• Conduct in-depth market research across various industries


• Engage with business owners and CEOs in a discussion to sell—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages


• Qualify investment opportunities you originate


• Gain exposure to Alpine’s PeopleFirst culture and take part in firm-wide activities and team-bonding events

The program is structured to build sourcing skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Summer Analysts are given ownership and responsibilities from day-on that allows them to contribute meaningfully to the team. Top performing Summer Analysts are eligible for full-time return opportunities post-graduation.

Our applications for our 2027 Sourcing Summer Analyst program will open January 16, 2026. This summer program is reserved for undergraduate students with an expected graduation of Spring 2028.
