Role Description

BEI Construction is hiring for a temporary on-site Interim Human Resources role located in Alameda, CA. The Interim HR professional will be responsible for HR functions, talent acquisition, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a human resources leadership role
  


• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


• Experience in the construction industry is a plus


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
