IT Business Analyst (Czech based)

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to provide structured analysis of customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of IT services and projects. The role focuses on analyzing functional, technical, and business requirements, preparing supporting documentation, and contributing to the design and implementation of new services and solutions.

A key part of this position is strong stakeholder management, ensuring smooth collaboration between IT teams, project managers, product managers, and external customers.

Location: Prague (onsite 1–2 times per month)
Start Date: 15.09.2025
End Date: 31.12.2025 (with extension)
Engagement: Full-time, 40h/week
Contract: B2B

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support solution design, build, and implementation in IT projects and deployments.
• Prepare documentation including business/system requirements and business cases.
• Work closely with IT Services, project management, and external customers to align expectations.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate delivery.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with architecture, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as IT Business Analyst / Consultant in IT environments.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Understanding of IT processes and service delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in multinational and complex environments.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
