Job responsibilities:
1. Perform daily inspection, operation, and maintenance of broadcasting software system
2. Perform installation and maintenance of broadcasting hardware and software
3. Responsible for handling user problems and technical support
 

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and related majors
2. Good at communicating with others, have a good sense of teamwork, and can cooperate with team members to accomplish tasks
3. Clear logical thinking and analytical skills, able to analyze and solve problems independently
4. Familiar with basic computer knowledge, able to troubleshoot hardware failures, perform computer hardware replacement and installation
5. Possess basic knowledge of network, storage, and database, able to troubleshoot simple failures of the network, storage, and database
6. Familiar with the installation and use of Windows operating system, able to install the OS
7. Familiar with basic operation commands of windows system, such as ping, telnet, etc.
8. Familiar with the installation and use of common tools and software, such as Office, Chrome, etc.
9. Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients based in China.
