vendor expo. Sponsorship and vendor participation are a key part of
the conference’s success, making the sales team critical to its impact
and growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales
Representative to join our team and support ScrubBALL. This role is
ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales,
and contributing to the growth of an exciting healthcare event.

Candidates must have an established network of business owners,
healthcare professionals, executives, and organizational leaders in
the DFW area. Success in this role depends heavily on leveraging
existing relationships to drive sponsorships and table sales.
This is an Interim role as the ScrubBALL conference is held
annually at the end of June. Sales efforts run from now until late May
to early June, giving you a focused window to maximize your earnings.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to
Sales Manager
Job Functions
Prospect and identify new sponsorship and vendor sales opportunities
Present and promote ScrubBALL sponsorship packages and table sales
Leverage your professional network of business owners,
healthcare professionals, and organizational leaders to drive sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets
Represent ScrubBALL professionally in all interactions
Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Training and Experience:
Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development
Strong existing network of business owners, healthcare
professionals, executives, and decision-makers (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with prospecting and closing sales
Passion for healthcare, events, or community engagement is a plus

Compensation & Commission Structure
This is a commission-based role designed to provide supplemental
income for individuals who are self-employed or looking for additional
earning opportunities.
Sponsorship Packages: 10% commission
Table Sales: 10% commission
Average Sponsorship = $7,500 → $750 commission
10 sponsorships + 10 tables = $9k-13k commission
Top performers can earn 20k+
