Jr. Validation Engineer

For Engineering services in the Engineering / Manufacturing area.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and one (1) year of experience in validation activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry. 
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude. 
• Shift: Administrative and according business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Generation & Execution of Validation protocols 
  • Change Control 
  • Deviations 
  • GMP & GDP regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

• Generate technical justification to support and/or document process changes.
• Design and develop experimental, engineering, or process validation protocols and reports
• supporting the implementation of operational, process, or raw material changes.
• Support the execution of experimental, engineering, or process validation runs by providing technical assistance on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation (manufacturing directions, batch records, standard operating procedures) and ensure they comply.
• Gather and analyze process data to monitor performance and generate product reports.
• Function as a technical expert to process or systems regarding troubleshooting operations. 
• Participate in the New Introductions (NPI) to assess requirements for documentation, materials, training, and equipment modifications.
