QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
You will be required to meet sales targets, develop relationships with potential customers, and provide product information in both English and Spanish
Prospect for new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and solving issues related to products or services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be available to work the following shifts:
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM'
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
