Job Description - JT003 - INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
  • You will be required to meet sales targets, develop relationships with potential customers, and provide product information in both English and Spanish
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and solving issues related to products or services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Must be available to work the following shifts:
  • Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM'
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
