JT278 - Sr. Associate Maintenance Planner

• Serve as a centralized resource solely dedicated to the efficient execution and oversight of work order administration.
• Coordinating and managing all work order-related tasks to ensure timely execution
• Maintaining accurate records of work orders while ensuring adherence to operational protocols
• Serving as the primary point of contact for work order-related inquiries and escalations
• Collaborating with planners, schedulers, and JLL personnel to streamline communication and administrative processes
• CMMS data quality monitoring and management
• POC for Maximo/WO for audit or inspection requests
• Ensure correct documentation on work orders requested to be cancelled
• Ensure compliance of CC, CE and AAE Work Orders before routing
• Reviews AAE work orders and any attachments for completeness and accuracy prior to routing
• May generate updates to CMMS records that do not require AAE WO per SOP-416279, as appropriate
• Track cancellation, RTWOA and Post Work Statuses for timeliness Work Order Closure
• KPI/Metrics Tracking and Management
• PM Alignment/level loading and review of historical analysis
• Act as site service manager for Maximo
• Support Owners with Maximo data entry
• Manage Work Orders Waiting Attention (Post-Statuses)

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of related experience
• Planning/ scheduling experience
• Experience in Maximo or similar CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) 
• Experience developing maintenance plans for construction is a plus
• Proficiency Microsoft office
•  Fully onsite - Standard Business Hours (role will not rotate shifts)
