JT856 - TECHNICIAN I

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Daily PRB report generation and maintenance
• Perform PRB/NCMR investigations using problem solving techniques
• Performs basic technical activities
• Closure of PRB through Factory Works
• Participation in tier meetings
• Provide technical support in areas such as production process improvement or product development
• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Technical bachelor's or associate degree
• 1-2 years of experience in related area
• Global Reporting, Pentaho and Factory Works knowledge
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge in problem solving techniques
• Knowledge in basic technical activities
• Factory Works knowledge
• Availability for working 1st shift (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm)
• Training will be for 2nd shift from 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
