Junior Strategy Analyst

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and create Senior Leadership Presentations

Analyze large data sets to deliver insights to leadership

Manage key strategic projects

Coordinate town halls and large leadership meetings

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team that spans across multiple time zones. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role. The candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of key deliverables.

Skills Required:
1-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, and/or an Internal Strategy group within the Financial Services industry

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Strong analytic and problem solving skills

Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization

Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations

Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint

Thorough attention to detail and precision

Must:
• Common Sense, Strong Communicator, STRONG High LEVEL EQ
o Ability to work directly with Sr. leadership, excellent written/verbal communication skills and presentation Making skills
• Project Mgmt Skills
o Ensuring intiatives are going on as scheduled and chasing people down, making sure projects/events are running smoothly
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• 1-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, and/or an Internal Strategy group within the Large enterprise level organization
• Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations
• Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
o Very Strong Excel - ability to work with numbers in excel, analyze what's going on and make recommendations
• Run a lot of Events for Walth and Investment Mgmt Units - high executive function.
• Thorough attention to detail and precision
• Has the obsession to do the job right, someone who has an importance to do the job RIGHT
• Executive Presence
• A LOT of Admin work
o Booking on conference rooms, own mtgs, etc
• Understand the difference between quality work and getting the task done
