Job Description - Junior Tester (Czech or Slovak speaking)

We are looking for a Junior Tester to join a public sector project for a Czech government client. The role involves hands-on participation in application testing activities, working with test management tools, and performing database validation using SQL. The project requires a high level of precision, reliability, and the ability to follow structured testing processes.

Language: Czech or Slovak – minimum B2 level (mandatory)

Allocation: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: B2B

Project Duration: Long-term

Extension Possibility: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual application testing based on defined test cases
Work with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Perform data validation and write basic queries in SQL
Report bugs and follow up on their resolution
Collaborate with the development and business teams
Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation
Support the testing lifecycle, from planning to test execution and reporting

Must-Have Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in application testing, gained within the last 5 years
At least 1 year of experience using test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps), within the last 5 years
At least 1 year of experience with SQL databases, within the last 5 years
Written and spoken Czech or Slovak at minimum B2 level (non-negotiable; candidates without this will be rejected)
Successful completion of a written test provided by the client is required before onboarding
