Job Title: KOFAX Imaging Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite only)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled KOFAX Imaging Developer to build and improve document scanning, imaging, and faxing systems for a large organization. This role involves working onsite in Atlanta, so candidates must be local to the area. You will develop capture solutions, integrate with backend content management systems, and handle scanning hardware setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large-scale document capture and workflow solutions.

• Customize workflows, connectors, and web services to connect with IBM Content Management systems.

• Work with OCR (text recognition), barcode scanning, and machine learning for document classification.

• Set up and maintain production scanners (like Fujitsu and NextScan) and scanning software.

• Analyze, design, and develop document management systems.

• Ensure all systems are secure and meet compliance standards.

• Perform data migration between enterprise applications.

• Install and update application servers and client software as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years working with document and content management systems.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Kofax Capture 11

  • Kofax Transformation Modules 6.x

  • Kofax Total Agility

  • IBM Content Management

  • OpenText/RightFax

• Strong programming skills in:

  • VB.Net, C#.Net, MVC, ASP.Net, .Net Core

  • WinForms, WCF, WPF, LINQ, Entity Framework

• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL (PostgreSQL expertise is required).

• Skilled in scripting languages like VB Script, JavaScript, SBL, and WinWrap Basic.

• 5+ years of practical experience working with AWS cloud services.

• Experience automating data and document extraction processes.

Certifications (Must Have):

• Kofax 11 Certification

• Certified Information Professional (CIP) Certification

Additional Information:

• This is an onsite position in Atlanta, GA. Remote work is not allowed.

• AWS hands-on experience is preferred.
