Lawn Irrigation – Installation Service Technician

Location: Perham, MN
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and/or qualifications)
Schedule: Seasonal (April to November), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM start
Status: Status: Full-Time | Seasonal with Full Benefits (year round)

What You’ll Do

Install lawn irrigation and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial properties
Read and follow blueprints and site layouts (or learn how to)
Work outdoors with a team to complete installs efficiently and safely
Adjust installations based on real-world site conditions
Ensure systems meet quality standards and local code requirements
Walk customers through basic system operation once the job is complete

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift, move, and work with tools throughout the day
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in irrigation, construction, or plumbing is a plus—but it’s not required

Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Work is performed in a variety of weather conditions using tools and equipment typical for installation work.
