Lead Debris Monitor - Louisiana

Summary:  The Workforce Group a
LEMOINE company, is seeking reliable individuals to join our team
as Lead Debris Monitors. Lead Debris Monitors play a vital leadership role in disaster recovery operations by overseeing monitoring teams, verifying debris eligibility, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Lead Monitors also provide on -site guidance to Field Monitors and Tower/Debris Management Site (DMS) Monitors, ensure proper completion of load tickets, address issues in real time, and serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Report punctually to assigned locations and lead daily field briefings.
  
• Supervise and support Field and Tower/DMS Monitors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  
• Oversee monitoring of storm debris loading by trucks, bobcats, and front -end loaders.
  
• Verify that only eligible storm debris from public rights -of -way or designated property is collected.
  
• Ensure all eligible debris is removed and that roadways and driveways are cleared before equipment relocation.
  
• Review and verify accuracy of Load Tickets and required documentation before submission.
  
• Address documentation discrepancies and provide corrective guidance to team members.
  
• Report contractor -caused property damage and escalate operational concerns as needed.
  
• Serve as liaison between monitoring staff, contractors, local officials, and project management.
  
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and solutions -oriented demeanor at all times.
  
• Perform other
  job -related duties as assigned. 
  

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: Previous debris monitoring experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Valid driver's
  license and current vehicle insurance.
  
• Reliable
  personal vehicle.
  
• Ability to
  work long shifts (12–14 hours), including
  weekends.
  
• Physically able to climb ladders or
  stairs up to 10 feet and lift/carry at least 50
  lbs.
  
• Possess a working cell phone with a car
  charger.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy.
  
• Ability to lead in fast -paced, high -pressure disaster response environments.​
