Role Summary  

We are looking for a Lead Product Survey Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Product Survey Specialist, you will be asked to look for items in the store about to expire and upload photos to their App. This role works only 8-10 hours a week. It is ideal for someone looking for additional income.  

Key Results Area  

• Scan QR codes to complete Activities- Follow QR code activities- hardware/ software updates when needed  

• Supervise the work of the team 

• Find selected items in store and upload the items into their App  

• Additional duties as needed  

Skills & Qualifications  

• High School Diploma or equivalent  

• 1 year experience as a supervisor 

• Sound judgment and decision making  

• Comfortable using their smartphone to complete tasks  

• Prior customer service experience preferred  

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
