Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronically and in-person)
- Maintain and organize case files, legal records, and client information
- Schedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and court dates
- Manage attorney calendars and track important deadlines
- Conduct basic legal research and gather case-related information
- Assist with billing, time entry, and tracking expenses
- Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Support attorneys and paralegals with case preparation, trial binders, and document review
