Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, scheduling, and supplies procurement.
- Manage administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure effective workflow across the office.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management for office needs.
- Coordinate with IT and other service providers to maintain office systems, technology, and security.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks such as document management, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Manage client intake processes, billing coordination, and general administrative compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-wide communications and coordination.
- Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.
