Legal Office Support

3 Months (Temp to Perm)

San Diego, CA 92121

Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This is a hands-on position; candidate will be assisting with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning; sending out overnight packages and regular mail; may need to assist with conference room setups (food/beverage); coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Personnel that have experience in the industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented. There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking. No special equipment besides the client copiers. Not printing press - need to be able to worker on PRINTERS/Copiers!!! Look up the printers used.
