Position Overview:
Looking for some experienced plumbers. We are expanding in eight states in the USA and looking for trustworthy people with integrity. As a licensed plumber at US Property Experts INC, you will play a critical role in providing expert plumbing services to our clients. From installations and repairs to troubleshooting and maintenance, you will ensure that our customers receive efficient and reliable plumbing solutions. This position requires a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Apply for the position, and let's get started.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Repair:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Handle a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment, including pipes, fittings, valves, and water heaters.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.

Inspection and Diagnosis:

Conduct inspections to assess the condition of plumbing systems and identify potential problems.
Diagnose issues accurately and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with clients to understand their plumbing needs and concerns.
Communicate effectively to explain repair options, pricing, and timelines.
Maintain a positive customer service experience throughout the service process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep detailed records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
Generate accurate reports and invoices for customers.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving plumbing processes and procedures.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
Stay updated on plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license in the USA.
Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
Need you to have your own tools and transportation with a valid driver's license.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
