Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational LPN/LVN Nurse Job Summary

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse LPN/LVN provides skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse LPN/LVN is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat people with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

We are currently seeking LPN's for per diem assignments in long term care facilities and schools.

Licensure

Current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses LPN's/LVN's license in the state of practice.

Experience

At least one year of experience in the last 3 years.

Credentials

• Background screening 


• Drug screening


• Current CPR


• Hepatitis B Statement or Declination


• TB Screening 


• Current Physical Exam


• MMR and Varicella immunizations or titers
