Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med/Surg unit. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care including vital signs monitoring and patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Support patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
